आवेदन प्रक्रिया:- आवेदक को online माध्यम से नियमानुसार शुल्क का भुगतान कर आवेदन करना होगा। भविष्य के लिए आवेदन की पावती सहेज कर रखे।
CG Health Department 2024 भर्ती पर आवेदन ऐसे करें
- सबसे पहले विभाग के वेबसाइट https://cghealth.nic.in/ पर जायें।
- मेनु बार में भर्ती या कैरियर सैक्शन का चयन करें।
- राष्ट्रीय स्वस्थ्य मिशन के अंतर्गत संविदा पदों पर भर्ती विज्ञापन ढूंढे और डाऊनलोड करें।
- सभी निर्देशों को सावधानीपूर्वक पढ़ें एवं योग्य होने पर ही आवेदन करें।
- ऑनलाइन आवेदन में मांगी गयी समस्त वांछित जानकारी भरें।
- चाही गयी आवश्यक दस्तावेज, हस्ताक्षर एवं फोटोग्राफ संलग्न करें।
- निर्देशानुसार आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करें।
- आवेदन फार्म का निरीक्षण करें एवं त्रुटि होने पर सुधार करें।
- अंतिम रूप से अवलोकन के पश्चात आवेदन फार्म विभाग को प्रस्तुत करें।
- फाइनल सेव करने के बाद आवेदन का प्रिंट निकालकर हस्ताक्षर कर फॉर्म को स्कैन कर अपलोड करें ।
- अब आप भविष्य की प्रतिक्रिया हेतु आवेदन की प्रति अपने पास सुरक्षित रखें।
- ऑनलाइन भरे गए आवेदन के साथ समस्त दस्तावेज की स्व प्रमाणित प्रति कार्यालयीन पता में दिनांक 09 / 12 / 2024 को शाम 5 बजे तक स्पीड पोस्ट / पंजीकृत डाक / कोरियर के माध्यम से भेजे ,
- बंद लिफाफे में आवेदित पद का नाम स्पस्ट रूप से उल्लेख करे .
- अलग अलग पद हेतु अलग अलग बंद लिफाफे से भेजे

चयन प्रक्रिया
CG Health Department :- इस भर्ती में चयन प्रक्रिया निम्नानुसार है –
- प्राप्त आवेदनों के आधार पर लिखित परीक्षा / कौशल परीक्षा / साक्षात्कार के पश्चात् चयन किया जायेगा
- लिखित परीक्षा हेतु मेरिट सूचि तैयार की जाएगी।
- मेरिट सूची शैक्षणिक योग्यता स्नातक / स्नातकोत्तर के प्राप्तांको के प्रतिशत का 65 % अंक एवं अनुभव के अंक को जोड़कर तैयार किया जायेगा।
- अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र केवल शाशकीय / अर्धसाशकीय / शाशकीय वित्त पोषित संस्थानों के ही मान्य होंगे।
- पद से संबंधित अनुभव होने पर ही अभ्यर्थी को नियमानुसार अनुभव अंक प्रदान किये जायेंगे।
- उच्चतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता के बाद किये गये कार्य के अनुभव को जोड़ा जायेगा।
- कौशल परीक्षा में 40 प्रतिशत अंक पाना अनिवार्य है।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज
CG Health Department :- लिखित परीक्षा / कौशल परीक्षा / साक्षात्कार के समय निम्न दस्तावेजों की मूल एवं एक स्वप्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि के साथ अभ्यर्थियों को उपश्थित होना अनिवार्य है :-
- 10 वीं अंकसूची / जन्म प्रमाण पत्र।
- स्नातक / स्नातकोत्तर / अन्य निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के समस्त वर्षो की अंकसूची।
- संबंधित काउंसिल का पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो तो ) ।
- रोजगार कार्यालय का जीवित पंजीयन प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो तो )।
- छत्तीसगढ़ के निवासियो हेतु सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी मूल निवास प्रमाण-पत्र।
- सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी स्थाई जाति प्रमाण – पत्र (यदि लागू हो तो ) ।
- पहचान पत्र। (आधार कार्ड /वोटर आई. डी. /पेन कार्ड / ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आदि जिसमे अभ्यर्थी का नाम, पता एवं फोटो हो)।
- अनुभव प्रमाण-पत्र ।
- अनापत्ति प्रमाण-पत्र (यदि लागू हो तो )।
- अन्य संबंधित दस्तावेज (यदि लागू हो तो )।
